Development server. Publicly reachable over TCP, SSL, WS and WSS (TLS certificate for testnet3.pub.dev.rapids.cash), but it may be restarted or changed without notice. For production use, connect to the production server below.

Production version
The production version is at testnet3.pub.rapids.cash (served by Helium, 51.158.36.157).
Use the same connection details pointed at that host: TCP 60001, SSL 60002, WS 60003, WSS 60004.
